FAQS

What ages do you cater for?

Our Slumber parties and campout playdates cater children aged between 1 – 12 years.

What bedding is included in my slumber party package?

Each tent comes with a comfortable foam mattress, a cozy blanket, a fitted sheet, and a cushion.

​

Can you host the party?

We don’t stay and host the party, but we ensure everything is set up just as you need it. 

​

How do I order an add-on?

Give us a call or email and we will provide you with a price for the quantity required.

​

Do you charge a delivery fee?

Delivery will be quoted based on the traveling distance.

​

How long is the hire period of the tent package?

Standard hire period for slumber party is 20 hours and for campout play date 5 hours. Longer hire times can be negotiated subject to availability.

​

How much space in the room is required for the tent?

Each tent requires 1.2 meters in width and 1.8 meters in length.

​

Do you have a minimum number of tents that can be hired?

Our standard minimum package is for 2 tents. If you need less tent, please call us for pricing.

Do you set up the tents?

Yes, we do.  We’ll come in the day of the event and set-up the party and return at the end of the party to pack it all up.

​

Can the tents be set up outdoors?

In the warmer weather on a suitable surface we are happy to set them up, however, they are not weatherproof.

How do we book a party?

What is required to secure my booking?

Your booking will be confirmed over the phone and followed up with a confirmation email. A holding deposit of $100 is required for securing your booking.

​

When is the balance of payment due?

You will be required to pay the balance a week before your party. A fully refundable security bond of $150 is also payable at this time.

​

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept EFT (bank transfer) or Cash.

​

Do I need to wash the linen before it is collected?

No, we wash all the bedding using hypoallergenic laundry detergent that leaves all bedding fresh and soft for the next party people! Mattresses, pillows and decorative items are always disinfected and also spot cleaned when necessary. 

​

What is your cancellation policy?

A minimum of 7 days notice must be given for requests to change the date of their hire booking. The customer’s request can then be granted on the proviso that preferred date is available. A request to change dates within 7 days of booking will be denied.
